Return & Refund Policy

At WonderCub Labs™, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our educational courses and science kits. The following policy explains when refunds and returns are available.

Physical Kits

Physical science kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if the kit is unopened and factory-sealed.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The kit must remain unopened and factory-sealed.

• The kit must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• You must provide proof of purchase.

• The kit must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Opened kits are not eligible for return or refund, even if the materials inside have not been used.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at wondercublabs@gmail.com before sending the item back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Video Courses & Digital Content

WonderCub Labs™ offers a 30-day refund window for video courses beginning on the date of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

• The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase; and

• You must not have completed more than 20% of the purchased course content.

Because digital course content is immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are not available once more than 20% of the course content has been completed.

Digital materials, downloadable resources, and other digital content that have been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund when the 20% completion limit has been exceeded.

Bundles Containing Both Physical Kits and Digital Courses

If your purchase includes both a physical science kit and digital course content, each component is subject to its respective refund requirements.

• The physical kit must be unopened and factory-sealed and returned within 30 days of delivery.

• The video course must meet the 30-day refund requirement and must not have more than 20% of the course content completed.

Opening the physical kit does not extend or change the refund eligibility of the digital course, and accessing more than 20% of the digital course does not make an unopened physical kit ineligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your physical kit arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at wondercublabs@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the condition of the item. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Physical kits that have been opened or unsealed

• Physical kits returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Video courses with more than 20% of the course content completed

• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase for video courses

• Gift cards

• Items or orders otherwise specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

We do not generally offer exchanges for physical kits. If you need a different product or course bundle, you may return an eligible unopened, factory-sealed physical kit in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible physical-kit return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

For eligible digital-course refunds, we will review your course-completion status before approving the refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
